When dark spirits stir in their tombs, the eternal Winter of the north will resume, and all things warm and fair will meet their doom...
The Frozen Kingdoms of Angmar and Gundabad
Territory
Capital: Gundabad at Mount Gundabad
Regions: 4
Mount Gundabad: Town(Settlement)
The capital of the Mountain Kingdom and its inhabitants the Gundabad Orcs; Mount Gundabad
Through centuries of Orc occupation, the floors of Mount Gundabad have been twisted in mockery of the Dwarves, the cracking of whips echoing through the many halls followed by the screams of agony from the thousands of slaves who toil ceaselessly to maintain the corrupted mountain of Durin the Deathless...
North Angmar: Castle(Fortification)
Once the seat of the Witch King of Angmar, the ancient fortress of Carn Dûm is once again within the hands of Sauron's dark servants, its dreaded sorcerous spires spreading the cold chill of Winter across the Iron Kingdom and beyond...
Mount Gram: Trade Post(Settlement)
Mount Gram, also known as Slaver's Peak to the Free Peoples of Eriador, is a wealthy settlement and rising power among the Misty Mountain's Orc fortresses, the many Warg Riders from Mount Gram hunting deep into the heart of Eriador in search of prey led by the feared Warlord Azhag, bane of all of Aulë's children
The crude architecture of the Orcs within Mount Gram where many slaves pass through before being sold off to Litash, Gundabad or Goblin Town though many die shortly after arriving from the backbreaking work in the mines where even their corpses cannot find peace, Goblin vultures hungry for manflesh devouring them and forever erasing all trace of them in the dark, twisted mines
South Angmar: Rural
Litash, the Orc cesspit of the Angmar Mountains where Goblins, Orcs and Trolls in the thousands are being mustered in preparation for war
Forodwaith: Trade Post(Settlement)
Forochel: Rural
North Arthedain: Rural

Lieutenants of the Dark Lord
Arnuzîr, the Regent of Angmar
While few outside of Mordor yet know his name, Arnuzîr has for long been a rising servant among Mordor's Black Numenorean population, his lifespan artificially extended by Dark Sorcery on Sauron's own command for his continued service, putting Arnuzîr at over double the age of any pureblooded Numenorean as of now.
Arnuzîr's lineage can be traced back to the Fall of Numenor, and most recently his line has been known for their service as lieutenants to the Witch King, being among his retainers when he first arrived in Angmar around T.A. 1300.
While Arnuzîr's own accomplishments have yet to match that of his ancestors in the Angmar War and capture of the then-named Minas Ithil, he has participated in stirring the Balchoth invasion of Calenardhon, the destruction of Osgiliath by the Uruks and more recently mobilising Mordor after Sauron declared himself publically following his banishment from Dol Guldur.
In T.A. 3012, Arnuzîr led a cadre of some of the Dark Lord's most powerful servants north to Frozen Kingdoms of Angmar and Gundabad with the intent to re-establish the Iron and Mountain Kingdom to their former glory, a most valuable asset for the Dark Lord's imminent war against the Free People, pincers from the north to strike Eriador and Rhovanion.
Arnuzîr first arrived at Mount Gundabad, posing as a diplomat from the Dark Lord to assure their allegiance in the approaching war.
While the Great Orc Chieftains of Gundabad refused, their heavy infighting proved how fragile their hierarchy was following the death of Bolg at Erebor.
A single assassination ignited a short but bloody war between the Chieftains, the victor stabbed in the back by one of his own lieutenants loyal to Arnuzîr, effectively placing Mount Gundabad and its adjacent territory under Arnuzîr's control, a resource he would use to its full extent in order to unite Angmar.
Arnuzîr united Angmar through deception, force and promises of vengeance against the people of the south, soon all of the Men, Orcs, Goblins, Trolls and Wargs being united under his banner, all except for a tribe of Great Orcs that had ruled the Iron Kingdom's dreaded capital Carn Dûm for centuries after driving out the Black Numenoreans following the Witch King's defeat.
This final obstacle will allow the Regent of Angmar to make war upon the people of Eriador, unleash a Winter upon them which has not been seen the likes of for at least a millennia.
Carn Düm awaits, and countless Legions stand behind the Iron Crown and Mountain banners...
Ghulak the Whipmaster
Ghulak is a Great Orc of Gundabad, currently the Chieftain of Mount Gundabad under Arnuzîr's rule.
While Ghulak is ceremoniously the master of Gundabad, he answers to Arnuzîr, for it was he who stabbed his master in the back after he was victorious in the war between Gundabad's Chieftains, having followed Arnuzîr's instructions ever since it began.
Ghulak may be a traitor, but he is loyal to his master, intelligent enough to realise that Arnuzîr will assure his place at the top of Gundabad's hierarchy, providing many thousands of troops to the Regent's effort to make war upon Eriador and whipping the hordes of Gundabad into compliance when the only currency among his kin is violence.
