Where once a bright flame burned now ashes lie, yet from these lying ashes can a great pyre rise, all but from a single ember.

The Pirate Host of Umbar
Location: Umbar
Commander: Razarir, Shiplord of the Bellakar
Strength: One Corsair Squadron
Commanders
Razarir, Black Numenorean Shiplord of the Bellakar
Razarir is the most ruthless and capable of the Pirate Lords of the southern seas. When the seven-times damned princeling of the northern traitors set the King's Men fleet ablaze, his own squadron was out at sea battling the Elf-friend's vessels. As a result, he was left as the most powerful pirate lord of the Havens, and through force and charisma alike he took effective control of Umbar. Razarir looks to the arrival of the so-called Castamir III with suspicion, but as with the rest of the King's Men in the south, his words struck true to his heart, and the so-called "King of All Gondor" has promised him that he will continue to rule Umbar and the southern cove once Castamir sits on the throne of Gondor. Thus, as before, Razarir's hosts will bring the war to the traitors' shores, and will emerge victorious, or die in the name of Numenor.
Angarion, Knight of the Black Swan
Angarion hails from the frozen, distant lands of Eriador, or atleast, so he claims. The Dunedain of the North, he told the Umbarites, have all but faded away, and many of those few who still live spend their time protecting the pitiful lesser men and midget races that live there. His own house served the Castellans of Carn Dum for centuries, before their power was broken at the battle in the gates of Fornost. Ever since, they've been practising their skill at arms for the day when they will bring war back to the Elf-friends' lands. Angarion learned of the existence of the Umbarites from hearsay in the north, and, undertaking a very treacherous journey, arrived at the Havens some fifteen years ago. The site of the once-mighty city reduced to a cesspit of Haradrim savages ruled by a small Numenorean elite disillusioned the Black Knight to say the least, but he had to begrudgingly accept that at the very least these men still burned with the passions of the Isle of Old, and he has thus become an important member of the military of the King's Men. He was both furious and overjoyed to learn of the existence of the Principality of Dol-Amroth, and fully intends to repaint the city's silver swan to his own colours, and teach a lesson to the insolent Half-Elves who dared to lay claim to Numenor's lands.

The Havens of Umbar:
The mighty Numenorean port-realm is among the world's largest cities and is home to many peoples; The Haradrim from the eastern deserts, the dreaded Black Corsairs and a minority of Black Numenoreans that dominate the city's politics and economy. From its mighty harbours sail the Black Ships, full of pirates and scoundrels all too willing to bring death and ruin to their hated enemies in the North. On the city's highest hill stands the Pillar of Ar-Pharazon, recently rebuilt by the recently-proclaimed "King of All Gondor", Castamir III. Next to it lies the Hall of the King's Men, where the various Corsair warlords and princes both from the city and the surrounding areas struggle for power. Greatest among them is, at present, Razarir of the Bellakar, elected as Shiplord of the Havens.
Cliffs of the Bellakar
In Adunaic, the name "Bellakar" literally means "Precious Coast". And the name is a well-deserved one, as the shores of this land are some of the most beautiful one can find in all of Arda. The land is home to a collection of city-states, mansions, vineyards, small towns and villages, preciously guarded by the Black Numenorean nobility that rules it. The Black Numenoreans of this land preciously guard this treasured coast, and as a result it has a rather small Haradrim minority, unlike the lands of Umbar and Kaibah in the north, that are all but overrun by them. As a result, Bellakar is not very populous, its cities small, and the land usually comes under the political and military control of other regional powers. This trend was recently reversed by Razarir, a Black Numenorean warlord of one of the Bellakar's cities, who has risen in power in Umbar itself and now rules the city as its Shiplord, atleast until the self-proclaimed Castamir arrived.
